Man shot after being followed from Kroger, attacked | News
DUNWOODY, Ga — Authorities are asking the public to be on the lookout for two suspects they say shot a man after they followed the victim home and attacked him in the driveway.
Chamblee Police said the victim had been followed from the Georgetown Kroger in Dunwoody by a dark-colored truck to a residence in the 2000 block of Longview Way. Police said the victim tried to fight the two suspects off but was shot. Investigators responded to the residence where they found the victim injured from a bullet that went through both legs. The victim was transported to Grady Hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
According to investigators, the suspects drove away in the victim's white 2016 Audi A6 rental car. After police circulated a BOLO flyer, the car was later recovered in Clayton County.
Authorities describe the two suspects as a 5'10" black male with shoulder-length dreads in his mid-20s to late-30s and a 5'6" Hispanic male in his 20s with short hair and a goatee.
Police say the suspects should be considered armed and dangerous. If anyone has information, they are asked to call police at 770-986-5005.
